Invitation-only simulated pilot
Risk Disclosure
Version 2026-09-15
1. Simulated pilot
This pilot does not execute real securities orders, real payments or real stablecoin transfers. Simulated balances and performance have no monetary value. Results shown here will not match what a live service would produce.
2. Market risk
Share prices move up and down. The value of an investment can fall as well as rise and you could get back less than you put in. Past or simulated performance is not a guide to future results. Fractional exposure does not reduce market risk.
3. Currency and FX risk
US shares are priced in US dollars. If you fund in another currency, the exchange rate applied — and later movements in that rate — can increase or reduce your returns independently of the share price. Rates shown in the pilot are indicative and may be delayed.
4. Liquidity and execution risk
Markets can gap, halt or close. In a live service, the price you receive may differ from the price you saw when previewing an order, and quotes expire.
5. Technology and provider risk
The service depends on internet connectivity, hosting, market-data, verification, payment and brokerage providers. Outages, delays, stale or incorrect data, and provider failures can prevent or affect actions you try to take. Market data shown may be delayed, cached or stale.
6. Optional stablecoin and blockchain risk
Where stablecoin funding is offered as an optional method, additional risks apply: the issuer may fail to maintain its peg, network congestion or fees may delay or increase cost, and transfers sent to the wrong address or network are generally irreversible. In this pilot, no real stablecoin transfer takes place and you must not send assets to any address shown.
7. No advice or guarantee
Nothing in the pilot is investment advice or a recommendation, and no return is guaranteed. If you are unsure whether an investment is suitable for you, seek independent professional advice.
