Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes the data handled by the invitation-only KiboX simulated pilot, limited to what the application actually processes today.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and password credentials used to create and access your pilot account.
• Verification data: if you choose to complete identity verification, the identity details, document images and liveness images you submit, plus the automated and reviewer decisions on them.
• Activity data: simulated funding, order, portfolio and wallet activity generated in the pilot, together with related events.
• Technical data: basic request information such as browser user agent and timestamps, used for security and audit records.
• Consent records: the legal document versions you accept at sign-up and the time of acceptance.

3. Why we use it

To operate your pilot account, test verification and funding flows, keep audit and security records, and improve the product before any live launch.

4. Who can see it

Access is restricted to KiboX pilot staff with the relevant role. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider and, where you use them, the identity-verification, email delivery and market-data services the application is configured to call. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Pilot data is kept for the duration of the pilot and may be deleted when the pilot ends or on request, except where an audit record must be retained.

6. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your pilot data, ask for corrections, or ask us to close your pilot account. Contact the KiboX representative who invited you.

7. Security

Access is protected by authentication and role-based database policies. No system is completely secure, so avoid submitting anything to the pilot that you would not want stored in a test environment.
