Pilot Terms

1. What this pilot is

KiboX is currently an invitation-only, simulated pilot. Access is granted to selected participants so that we can test product flows and gather feedback. Participation may be changed, suspended or ended at any time.

2. No real money, assets or orders

• No real money is taken, held or transferred through the pilot.
• No real stablecoin transfer is executed by the pilot.
• No real securities order is placed with any exchange or broker.
• Do not send funds, stablecoins or any other asset to addresses shown in the pilot. Any address displayed is for simulation and testing only, and assets sent to it cannot be recovered.

3. Simulated balances

Balances, holdings, prices, fees, quotes and performance figures shown in the pilot are simulated or indicative. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed or transferred, and create no claim against KiboX or anyone else.

4. No advice

Nothing in the pilot is investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No return is promised or guaranteed.

5. Your account and conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Identity checks may be requested to test the verification flow; you may decline, in which case some pilot features are unavailable.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the service or other accounts.

6. Availability and changes

The pilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, data and these terms may change during the pilot. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
